For nearly a decade, Lafourche Parish has worked towards the vision of creating a path to link the cultural destinations, artistic expressions, and rich heritage that reflects the past, present, and future of communities connected along Bayou Lafourche. Together Tom Tavella and Duplantis Design Group created a much-needed feasibility study in response to the public’s desire for a multi-use trail that will enhance safety, improve livability, attract visitors, and increase economic vitality.

The Multi-use Path Master Plan and Feasibility Study contains an opportunities and challenges analysis and recommendations and implementation chapters that outline the preferred trail alignment and trail treatments throughout its entirety
